How copyright owners can report material they believe infringes their rights.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on EvolvePlace infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@evolveplace.com with the subject line Copyright Notice.
Include the following
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact EvolvePlace URL containing the disputed material.
- Your name, organization, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review and counter-notices
We may request additional information, remove or restrict disputed material and forward the notice to the person who supplied the content. A valid counter-notice should include the information required by applicable law. Knowingly submitting a false claim may create legal liability.
